This important professional development opportunity is open to all K-12 educators and administrators and those working with students.

BACK TO BASICS WITH
RESTORATIVE PRACTICE
Once you have an idea of what the Restorative Practice feels like and the power it holds for your students, learn the components of bringing the circle to life. We will go into detail explaining the significance of the centerpiece and the talking piece along with tips on how to choose your own for various circles. It is also important to cover the history and success behind this process. When we pass along the practice, we want to assure that it goes with its full integrity.

THE RESTORATIVE PRACTICE IS NOT ALL HOLDING HANDS AND SINGING...
The beauty of this process is that it restores trust when trust has been broken, it addresses harms when victims are often overlooked, and it solves real problems while rebuilding community. As we wrap up a rather jam-packed day, we will reiterate the importance of honoring this process and offer support and resources as you move forward.
